Yoga and Biomechanics for Runners

Join us at Modo Yoga LA La Brea for a yoga and biomechanics for runners workshop on July 14. Prepare for your fall races by doing a self assessment on your own muscular imbalances, learn about the biomechanics of running, and access the right strengthening and lengthening exercises unique for your body. Come in yoga/running gear (no shoes required), mat, towel and water.
