stress, breath, and rambling on
I had the honour to share a bit about the benefits of yoga and its impact on my life on my friend JR’s podcast recently. I was especially excited to do this because when I see JR coaching at the Crossfit gym, I see someone who is confident, dedicated, and strong. Not that these things cannot co-exist with stress and vulnerability (in fact, they very much overlap), but his share of recent stresses and needing new ways to help manage those stresses is the constant reminder that we all need varying tools in our tool belt to help us navigate day to day demands.
