healing wisdom

In my personal healing work since the summer, I have been working through the focal point of intention. One of the intentions I set has taken a stronghold like no other has in this realm of deep, hard, uncomfortable, humbling, rewarding work, coming to a head almost daily these days, insatiable. It is the most honest of the healing work I've done to date. The intention - creating a path of healing and learning towards peaceful communications and mutual growth in my relationships.

Egos have to die to make way for this type of shift and I sometimes feel like a gremlin going through a metamorphosis but I am SO. HERE. FOR. IT. Something under the surface has been asking for this for too long and it couldn't be ignored anymore.

Here are some of the thoughts, shares, tools from my own introspection and guidance from healers and therapists in case it supports some healing and growth for you as well:

Long slow, patient walks reveal clarity.

Take time every day to stop "searching". Be exactly where you are and find freedom there.

Learn where you resist. Spend time there with compassion and patience. Use your breath here to soften.

Figure out where you are being something or someone that is not you/for you? Give that sh!t up.

Take ownership.

Accept and forgive.

Practice self gratitude - gratitude towards yourself and the work you are doing, progress you are making.
